These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the waste collection services described on it (together, the "Services"), operated by Wasteparker Nigeria Limited ("Wasteparker", "we", "us"). "You" or "customer" refers to anyone who accesses the site or uses the Services. If you're agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company or estate, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Wasteparker customers and their authorised representatives may use the site for purposes relating to their own account. You may not access or attempt to change another customer's account information. Third parties (agents, brokers, competitors) are not authorised to use the site on a customer's behalf without our prior written consent.

Unauthorised access or attempts to alter information on the site are prohibited and may be pursued under applicable Nigerian law.

All text, graphics, logos, and other content on this site ("Wasteparker Content") belong to or are licensed by Wasteparker and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, redistributed, or exploited without our prior written consent.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact us in writing with: a description of the copyrighted work, the material you believe infringes it, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Wasteparker regarding your use of the site and Services, superseding any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

The site may occasionally contain errors or out-of-date information, including on pricing; we reserve the right to correct these and to decline an order placed based on incorrect information.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
