• Is Wasteparker's waste collection live in my area yet?

  We're launching estate by estate in Port Harcourt, starting with the communities that signed up first. Check your area on our Service Area page — if we're not live yet, join the notify list and we'll reach out the moment we launch near you.

• What's included in the monthly rate?

  Residential and commercial plans are a flat monthly rate covering your scheduled collection and standard bin. There are no per-bag charges or surprise call-out fees.

• Can my estate sign up as a group?

  Yes — this is how we're launching. The estate management committee signs a single agreement covering every household, at a better rate than individual sign-ups, with one monthly invoice.

• What happens if a pickup is missed?

  Report it through our contact form or by phone and we'll schedule a make-up collection. As we roll out the customer portal, this will be a two-tap report from your account.

• Is Wasteparker licensed to handle waste in Nigeria?

  Yes. Wasteparker Nigeria Limited holds Federal Ministry of Environment accreditation to operate as an environmental consultant, covering municipal solid waste management, hazardous waste management technology, and industrial hygiene.

• Do you offer recycling separately from regular collection?

  Recycling and sustainability programmes are on our roadmap as we scale past initial launch. Let us know if it matters to your household or estate — it helps us prioritise.
