About us
A waste company that starts with the pickup schedule, not the paperwork.
Wasteparker is the residential and commercial waste collection arm of Wasteparker Nigeria Limited.
Our story
Built on an existing licence, launched for Port Harcourt homes.
Wasteparker Nigeria Limited already handles industrial and municipal waste under Federal Ministry of Environment accreditation. This site is that same licensed operation turning its attention to the neighbourhood level — regular, reliable collection for homes, shops and estates across Port Harcourt.
We’re starting with the estates that asked for it first, proving the model street by street before expanding city-wide.
Federal Ministry of Environment — Accreditation No. 0005450
Covering municipal solid waste management and industrial hygiene.

Statement of values
The checklist we hold every route to.
Safety First, Always
Every route is planned around protective equipment, load limits and safe lifting. Nobody gets hurt keeping the city clean.
Reliability as Standard
Published collection days, tracked vehicles and a service desk that answers. If a route shifts, you hear it from us first.
Environmental Responsibility
We divert what can be recovered, dispose of the rest lawfully, and report tonnage so our customers can see the impact.
Transparent Commercials
Written quotes, itemised bills and no charges you have not agreed to. Pricing is confirmed before the first bin moves.
Community Stewardship
We hire locally, support neighbourhood clean-ups and treat every street we service as our own address.
Accountability
Missed a pickup, damaged a container, billed something twice? We fix it and tell you what changed.
Executive officers
The offices accountable for every route.

Emeka Kalu
Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Company strategy, regulatory relationships, contract governance and overall service accountability.
Francis Nwabueze
Operations Director
Route design, fleet availability and daily service delivery across all zones.
Okechukwu Nwankwo
QHSE Manager
Quality, health, safety and environmental compliance: protective equipment, load limits, incident review, disposal documentation and audit trails.
Chinedu Okonkwo
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accountant
Billing integrity, financial reporting, pricing governance and payment controls.
Community support
We hire locally and clean publicly.
A waste company is only as good as the streets it serves. We back our routes with community work that keeps Port Harcourt livable beyond the contract.
- Neighbourhood clean-up drives with residents' associations and estate committees.
- School programmes on sorting, recycling and waste reduction.
- Local hiring: drivers, loaders and customer care officers drawn from the communities we serve.
- Drainage and right-of-way clearing support during the rainy season.
